Telephone Consultations & Sending of Photographs

We offer our patients the choice of face to face appointments or telephone consultations.

Sending in photographs for some ailments have proven to be very successful. Photographs can be sent in but please do not send more than is necessary. A telephone consultation or face to face appointment will then follow, as advised by the Doctor.

Please note

Our Care Navigation team will ask for a brief reason as to why you would like an appointment. This is to ensure we use the best clinician for your needs. As well as our own Doctors and Nurses, we have GP pharmacists who can help with medication reviews and minor ailments, a first contact physio that can help with pain management and wellbeing co-ordinators who provide a range of general support.
