What is this new service?

Thanks to the development of the electronic medical record, it is now possible for patients to book appointments, request repeat prescriptions and shortly have access to a summary of your medical records.

Patients can register to use our on-line appointment booking and repeat prescription ordering service. This service is available 24/7 as long as you have access to a computer. You will soon be able to access a summary of your medical records that include allergies and adverse reactions held in your records. Please ask at reception for further information or click on the buttons if you are already registered.

When will this be available?

The system is now available for booking appointments and repeat prescriptions. Access to a summary of your medical records will be available by the end of March 2015.  To sign up you will need to visit reception with a form of photographic ID. You will be provided with a user name and password.

How can I access this service?

Once you have your username and password, simply log into your account. We advise that the first thing you do is to change your password to something you will be able to remember easily. Remember not to give your username and password to anyone. Our staff will never ask for your password.
